Pesto Flatbread Pre-bake

Pesto Flatbread Pizza

Pesto Ingredients:

1 Cup of Spinach

1 6-7 Leaves of Basil

1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice

2-3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons of Red Onions

Pinch of Salt

Optional: Black Pepper

Add all of your ingredients to a food processor or use a blender with a chop option.

Homemade Flatbread Dough Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon of Butter

1 Cup of Flour

1 Teaspoon of Yeast

1/2 Cup of Milk

Pinch of Salt

Optional: Brush with Olive Oil

This recipe will yield one small thin crust flatbread.

Optional Pizza Toppings:

Fresh Mozzerella

Shredded Mozzarella

Red Tomatoes

Dried Parsley

Red Crushed Peppers

Dried Parmesan Cheese

Pepperoni or Italian Sausage

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
